Job description

  • Partner with attorneys and legal professionals to improve legal workflows through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Configure, implement, and support legal technology platforms for litigation, contract analysis, document automation, and legal operations.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, workflow guides, reference documentation, FAQs, and instructional resources.
  • Deliver introductory training sessions, application demonstrations, and ongoing end-user support.
  • Monitor platform adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve system utilization.
  • Collaborate with Innovation, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, Research, Professional Development, and Practice Group leaders on technology initiatives.
  • Assist with legal technology implementations, software upgrades, and workflow optimization projects.
  • Research emerging legal technologies, artificial intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Prepare reports that measure user adoption, technology effectiveness, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting legal professionals with technology-related initiatives., * Possesses experience supporting legal technology, legal operations, or digital workflow initiatives.
  • Understands attorney workflows, litigation processes, or transactional legal operations.
  • Demonstrates experience implementing or supporting legal technology platforms.
  • Communicates technical concepts clearly to attorneys and non-technical professionals.
  • Excels at training users, documenting workflows, and improving technology adoption.
  • Maintains exceptional organization, confidentiality, and customer service.
  • Resides within commuting distance of Cleveland, Ohio.
  • Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating multiple preferred qualifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting legal technology, legal operations, workflow improvement, or systems implementation within a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong understanding of attorney workflows, matter lifecycles, litigation support, or transactional legal operations.
  • Experience supporting legal technology platforms such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar legal technology applications.
  • Familiarity with generative AI prompting, workflow automation, or AI-assisted legal processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • U.S. citizens only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing enterprise legal technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or business intelligence reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing technology training programs for attorneys and legal professionals.
  • Experience supporting legal innovation, knowledge management, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating continued growth in legal technology or legal operations., * Significant experience supporting legal innovation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-enabled legal technologies and workflow automation.
  • Success implementing enterprise legal software platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and technology training skills.
  • Proven ability to improve attorney adoption of legal technology solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across legal, IT, innovation, and knowledge management teams.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating increasing responsibility within legal technology or legal operations.
