Senior Ai Software Engineer | Python & Angular

About the role We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join an international Artificial Intelligence & Innovation team working on advanced enterprise software solutions in a highly regulated industrial environment.In this role, you will design, build, and maintain full?stack applications that combine modern software engineering with applied AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG patterns, agentic workflows, secure APIs, and cloud?native services.This is a hands?on software engineering role with a strong focus on building reliable, secure and scalable applications.You will collaborate closely with teams in Spain and the US, contributing to AI?enabled products built on top of an existing internal AI core platform.If you enjoy working across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI?powered applications, and you are motivated by complex enterprise environments where quality, security, and compliance really matter, this could be a great fit.What you’ll do Design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise?grade software applications based on business, engineering, and regulatory requirements Build AI?enabled applications integrating LLMs, RAG patterns, vectorization, and agentic AI capabilities into real business workflows Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python to support AI features, product workflows, and enterprise applications Design and implement agentic AI applications capable of interpreting context, planning actions, calling tools or services, and automating multi?step workflows Integrate AI capabilities into Saa S?style applications through secure and robust service layers Work with cloud?native services across Azure, GCP, AWS, or similar environments Containerize services using Docker and contribute to CI/CD delivery practices Collaborate with product, UX, data engineering, and international engineering teams to deliver end?to?end solutions Apply secure coding practices, software quality standards, and troubleshooting best practices Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture Provide technical leadership as a senior individual contributor, contributing to architecture, code quality, best practices, and mentoring Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Python Experience building scalable backend services and REST APIs Experience with frontend development using Angular, React, Svelte, Type Script, or similar technologies Previous experience building full?stack or Saa S?style applications Experience integrating LLMs/Generative AI into cloud?based applications Knowledge of modern AI patterns such as RAG, vector search, LLM orchestration, or agentic workflows Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, AWS, or similar Experience with Docker and containerized services Good understanding of software architecture, clean code, secure development, and engineering best practices Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong problem?solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent troubleshooting mindset Fluent in English and Spanish Experience building agentic AI systems that integrate with APIs, tools, or external services Experience with vector databases such as Milvus or similar technologies Database experience with Mongo DB and relational databases such as MS SQL or Oracle Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms Experience with Azure CI/CD automation or similar CI/CD tools Knowledge of data modeling, domain?driven design, or test?driven development Experience supporting testing activities or improving automated testing practices Benefits Hybrid model - up to 50% remote work annually International collaboration with teams in Spain and the US People first - diverse and inclusive culture in an international environment Work on applied AI solutions in a real enterprise software environment Contribute to full?stack applications combining frontend, backend, cloud, and AI capabilities Be part of an Artificial Intelligence & Innovation team working across Spain and the US Join a team where curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and new ideas are highly valued High team stability and collaborative culture €** per year training budget and continuous learning opportunities Private health insurance and benefits package Flexible working hours and hybrid model Wellhub: fitness, wellness, and mental health support Football and paddle tennis teams sponsored by Capitole Team buildings, global events, and strong tech communities Information Security Notice The employee will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the assigned project.Compliance with internal security and information protection policies is mandatory.#J-***-Ljbffr
