Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and guarantee the reliability, observability, and scalability of data platforms powering our AI and data-driven payment intelligence.You’ll partner with Data Science and Analytics to treat data as a product, applying IaC and modern CI/CD to keep pipelines fast and trustworthy.You will lead SRE practices for data, build real-time streaming and AI-ready infrastructure, and guide secure, scalable cloud deployments.This is a hands-on, impact-focused position within a global team accelerating Flywire’s AI-driven payments platform.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs for core data platforms and design automated self-healing systems to minimize MTTR and downtime- Design and maintain infra, feature stores, and scalable API/data pipelines to enable AI Agents to securely access data platforms- Lead Cloud Infrastructure as Code design and deployment (Terraform) for global, reproducible environments in GCP/AWS- Architect robust GitLab CI pipelines for data workflows, dbt transformations, and infra deployments with zero manual intervention- Implement advanced data observability and cost optimization to balance performance with cloud spend- Build real-time streaming data infrastructure (Apache Beam, Flink, Pub/Sub) feeding predictive AI models- Automate security, RBAC/ABAC policies, and data lineage tracing within the infrastructureResponsabilidades- 7+ years in Data Engineering with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead role- SRE u** Observability expertise in data environments- Experience collaborating with Data Science teams or AI infrastructure connectivity- Strong cloud IaC experience with Terraform in GCP/AWS- DevOps mindset with Docker/Kubernetes and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines- Proficiency with Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow (GCP Composer)- Experience with streaming architectures (Kinesis, Pub/Sub, Beam, Flink)- Location within short commutable distance of Valencia for hybrid workRequisitos principales- Competitive compensation- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)- Flying Start - Global Induction Program- Wellbeing programs- FlyBetter Days to volunteer- Digital Disconnect Days
