Job description

As part of OCX, the Digital Project Manager will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of the content delivery., As part of OCX, the Digital Project Manager will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of the content delivery. The successful candidate will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the content production and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget. He will be client focused and have good communication skills as well as organisation and time management skills, to interact both with clients and internal production departments whilst always focusing on delivery, quality & process., * Build strong day to day relationships with everyone: agency colleagues & client. Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process.

  • You will manage training for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow.
  • Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents and reports that are tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience. Will help you improve on this while we work., * Coordinate between all relevant parties -Accounts, Digital studio and Client. Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your Line Manager if support is required to ensure the successful completion of a project
  • Take responsibility for ongoing project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.
  • Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.
  • Manage, monitor and update all timelines (informing production team) and set realistic expectations with clients
  • Keep line managers updated on status of projects.
  • Check all materials (PDFs, emails, assets, etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients.
  • Consistently deliver materials against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs.

Quality Control Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand/QC guardian - support and ensure brand guidelines/QC checklists and procedures are followed., To achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology, you need true craftsmen and women - people who care deeply about their clients’ brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand’s story remains impactful as it travels around the world.

Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written English. High level, as we work always using ENG. All client communication is conducted in English.
  • Experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in digital.
  • Well versed in the digital media, new formats and follows trends.
  • Experience in advertising agency, preferably with studio or production agency., * Experience in adaptations workflows and processes
  • Strong time management/prioritisation/project management skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent team player/networker
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
  • Strong with MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
