Senior Salesforce Devops (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

At Vortechgroup, we are looking to add a Senior Salesforce Dev Ops & Tech Lead to our team to lead the Dev Ops strategy and release management across complex Salesforce environments.What will you do?You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, driving a culture of automated, secure, and scalable deployments across multi-org Salesforce environments.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab CI and Salesforce CLI / SF DX.Define branching strategies, Gitflow, quality gates, and automated testing approaches.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Manage sandboxes, data masking, and synchronization between scratch orgs, sandboxes, and production environments.Oversee complex release packages, resolve conflicts, and unblock deployments.Use tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Salesforce Dev Ops Center, and SFDX for advanced troubleshooting.Requirements7+ years of technical experience.Strong experience in Salesforce release management, architecture, and technical leadership.Hands-on experience with Git Lab CI, SFDX, Salesforce Dev Ops Center, and Salesforce Inspector.Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.Ability to lead release governance best practices and automation initiatives.Excellent spoken and written English, C1 level, for an international environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Strategic technical leadership role with direct impact on Dev Ops architecture and CI/CD processes.Opportunity to mentor development teams and define technical best practices.International environment.Availability to go to the client’s offices in Valencia (Spain) for three days.Are you looking for a new challenge as a Salesforce Dev Ops & Tech Lead?We would love to hear from you.
