Experteer Overview As Staff Product Manager, you will own API Connectivity for ERP integrations, shaping the strategy and roadmap to expand how partners and customers connect with Sage, QuickBooks, and ERP aggregators.You will drive scalable, high-quality integrations and collaborate with engineering, vendors, and cross-functional teams to accelerate API platform adoption.This role sits at the core of expanding Ebury’s reach in financial workflows and partner success.You will lead with vision, influence product standards, and deliver measurable impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the ERP Connectivity product domain, covering direct ERP integrations and third-party aggregators- Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity- Decide build vs. buy for integrations and manage dependencies with ERP providers- Translate partner/business needs into API requirements and specifications- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable integrations- Ensure production-ready, well-documented, and maintainable integrations- Act as primary product contact for ERP connectivity internally and with external partners- Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance- Support API design quality, versioning, and documentation with the API Platform u** DevEx team- Develop clear integration guides and scalable onboarding for partnersResponsabilidades- 5+ years Product Management experience (L4) or 7+ years (L5)- Strong APIs, integrations, or platform product experience- Direct ERP or accounting software integration experience (e.G., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero)- Ability to work with technical teams on complex data models and workflows- Proven track record managing external dependencies and third-party vendorsRequisitos principales- Competitive starting salary with discretionary bonus- Dedicated mentorship- Cutting-edge fintech technology- Clear accelerated career progression- Dynamic, supportive culture- Generous benefits package
Requirements
5+ years Product Management experience (L4) or 7+ years (L5)
- Strong APIs, integrations, or platform product experience
- Direct ERP or accounting software integration experience (e.G., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero)
- Ability to work with technical teams on complex data models and workflows
- Proven track record managing external dependencies and third-party vendorsRequisitos principales
