Job description

Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Develop and manage Terraform modules and Packer images for automated infrastructure deployment.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with architects and development teams to implement secure, scalable cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and cloud platform issues.
Perform code reviews and ensure infrastructure follows security and best practices.
Monitor and optimize Azure environments for performance, availability, security, and cost.
Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern development tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Azure cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable cloud environments using Terraform and Packer, along with a software engineering mindset to develop clean, reusable automation instead of one-off scripts., * 5+ years of software engineering or cloud engineering experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Strong experience with Terraform and Packer.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Groovy, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of Azure networking, security, identity management, TCP/IP, and firewall concepts.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, or AZ-400 are highly preferred.
