Our organization operates a highly advanced technical environment that supports live production, global content distribution, and mission-critical infrastructure. Every role contributes to delivering excellence in service of a greater mission.

Why join us?

Purpose-Driven Work: Use your skills to support content that reaches and impacts millions worldwide.

Advanced Technical Environment: Work hands-on with enterprise-grade infrastructure and broadcast-critical systems.

Stability & Long-Term Vision: Be part of an organization with a clear mission, strong values, and a commitment to sustainability and growth.

Collaborative Culture: Partner closely with engineering, broadcast, and production teams in a fast-paced, mission-aligned environment.

Meaningful Impact: Your work helps keep live broadcasts secure, resilient, and running at a global scale.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Innovate: Design and implement robust Spine-Leaf network architectures and VLAN/VRF segmentation strategies to isolate, secure, and prioritize mission-critical broadcast traffic.

Security Orchestration: Own and harden the network perimeter using Fortinet firewalls and CrowdStrike Identity Protection, enforcing a zero-trust security posture across all production assets.

Broadcast Fabric Management: Lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Juniper SRX/EX and Arista switching environments, ensuring high-throughput video delivery and precise PTP (Precision Time Protocol) synchronization.

Deployment & Physical Execution: Design, build, and deploy complex network environments-from rack elevation and structured cabling to the logical configuration of VPNs, QoS policies, and load balancers.

Strategic Troubleshooting: Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for advanced network incidents, leveraging deep packet inspection, traffic analysis, and forensic diagnostics to maximize uptime.

Future-Proof Documentation: Develop and maintain best-in-class technical documentation and SOPs to support scalability and long-term global infrastructure operations.

Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with RF and Studio Engineering teams to troubleshoot SRT/RTMP transport paths and automate live and on-demand streaming workflows.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience: 7-10+ years of senior-level experience supporting high-availability environments (broadcast or telecom experience strongly preferred). Core Technology Expertise:

Expert-level experience with Fortinet firewall administration Deep hands-on knowledge of Juniper SRX/EX platforms and Junos OS Strong experience with Arista, Brocade, and Dell switching environments

Systems Knowledge: Advanced understanding of VMware, Active Directory, and Windows Server (2019/2022). Cloud Fluency: Experience integrating Azure and Office 365 within hybrid-cloud architectures. Certifications: JNCIP, CCNP, or CCNA preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to sit at a workstation or walk for extended periods. Normal range of vision and hearing required. Ability to lift 25 pounds or more. Ability to work scheduled shifts. Willingness to work extended hours, including during live productions and events.
