S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.Experience developing aircraft software per DO-178 C (DAL A).Experience developing with C, C++.Experience developing with Python.Experience with bare-metal development.Experience with Linux development environments.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of data structures.Ability to understand hardware schematics.Experience with requirements traceability.Experience with implementing software interfaces.Experience with code reviews.Solid understanding of software verification and validation techniques (unit, integration, system testing)Experience with tools (or similar) including Git Lab, Py Test, debuggersAbility to use lab measurement equipment (oscilloscope, signal generator, signal analyzer, multimeter, etc.)Desired Skills:Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)Experience with common embedded communication protocols including CAN, I2 C, SPI, and/or 429Experience with aircraft communication protocols including ARINC 429, ARINC 664, ARINC 825, and/or MIL-STD-**Experience with tools (or similar) including Polarion and LDRAWe positively value all work or study experience abroad.
