Requirements

Client is looking for a for a Sr. Software engineer (Golang Development) with good hands on experience on Golang, Serverless and AWS Cloud services, and good understanding of APIs and API Security.

Create solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining GoLang based components and interfaces.

Lead the development effort of web services, Design and develop JSON based micro services.

Experience in developing JWT (JSON Web Token) based user authentication and authorization.

AWS CloudFormation - infrastructure as code, embedded into the open-source Serverless Application Framework, should be able to read a serverless.yml file and understand what it does.

AWS Identity and Access Management - security is key to our application, so understanding how the AWS IAM architecture works is vital.

AWS DynmoDB

NoSQL Key-Value Database - as part of our persistent layer, we have defined several DynamoDB tables.

Amazon SQS

Message Queuing Service - another Serverless technology we are using to managing the message between the Lambdas.

Gitlab CI/CD pipeline: Like AWS CloudFormation and the Serverless Application Framework, we expect the developer to read the .gitlab-ci.yml file.

Node.js (JavaScript) with a solid understanding of TDD packages like chai and sinmon. We exclusively use JavaScript on the server side (Node.js) embedded in Serverless Functions (AWS).

We use the Cucumber Framework and its Gherkin language for most of the Lambda logic, so understanding this technology is a plus.
