Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and technical governance. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise integrations, data architecture, DevOps, AI-enabled development, and Salesforce platform modernization while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture.
Extensive experience designing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience leading Salesforce data architecture, ETL processes, and enterprise data migrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification.
Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer certification.
MuleSoft Architect or MuleSoft Certified Professional certification.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Field Service.
Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Devin, or similar tools.
Experience in Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with GIS/ESRI, SAP, and enterprise document management systems.
Experience managing global or offshore Salesforce delivery teams.
