SR UX Designer

• Lead UX initiatives from discovery through launch
• Own end-to-end design process
• Conduct and lead user research efforts
• Translate research findings into actionable product improvements
• Design scalable solutions using Figma and established design systems
• Champion accessibility and usability standards
• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders
• Mentor and support Associate-level designers
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design processes and outcomes
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels

This role requires a highly polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences., * 3-6 years of UX design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
• Experience leading projects independently
• Experience conducting user research
• Deep understanding of UX best practices
• Knowledge of WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
