What You’‘ll Do/ Job Description of Role* (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) Lead end-to-end execution of Market Access technology programs and projects. Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and communication plans. Establish milestones, dependencies, and implementation roadmaps. Manage project scope, budget, and timelines. Partner with Market Access business teams to understand priorities and business objectives. Translate business goals into technology delivery plans. Facilitate requirements gathering, solution discussions, and prioritization workshops. Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, and external implementation partners. Manage project execution across the SDLC lifecycle. Ensure adherence to organizational governance and quality standards. Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience., WinWire is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within the Market Access technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SaaS applications, platform upgrade cycles, release management, and business-critical application enhancements, with prior exposure to Model N being highly preferred. Primary (Must have skills)* - To be Screened by TA Team Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Market Access business processes. Experience supporting Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes. Working knowledge of Market Access business stakeholders and operational workflows. 8+ years of IT Project Management experience. Experience leading complex enterprise application projects. Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities and experience managing cross-functional global teams. Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Experience managing SaaS platform releases and upgrade cycles. Experience delivering enterprise application enhancements and transformation initiatives. Tools & Methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery., Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code.
