Salesforce Admin & Project Lead

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator & Project Lead to help lead client projects and build backend solutions in Salesforce. This hybrid role requires someone who can work with clients, gather requirements, and then build workflows, reports, dashboards, flows, and more directly in Salesforce Setup.

This is a hybrid client-facing + technical admin role - ideal for someone who enjoys managing the big picture and doing the detailed work themselves.

You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate closely with our development team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple Salesforce projects
• Meet with clients to gather scope, demo progress, and provide support
• Build and manage backend Salesforce elements, including: Flows, Reports and Dashboards, CPQ configuration, Automation Process Builder / Workflow Rules (if applicable)
• Translate business requirements into system functionality
• Track tasks and progress in Salesforce
• Run stand-ups, client meetings, and internal updates
• Troubleshoot and support users as needed
• Identify areas to optimize or automate processes in client orgs

• Must live in Utah and be available to work onsite in Salt Lake City multiple days a week
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin/config-level required)
• Experience working directly in Salesforce Setup - not just reports
• Experience with Salesforce automation
• Comfortable working with clients, running meetings, and gathering scope
