This role ensures operability at eight North American Manufacturing Centers (NAMCs)., * Test and deploy quarterly application version upgrades provided by the software vendor.

• Perform quarterly server patching validation activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and application support for planned and emergent events.
• Ensure IT compliance, focusing on cybersecurity, access control, and obsolescence.

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of MS Windows operating environment (server 2016+, Windows 10+).
• Understanding of information technology networking, architecture, security, account management, policy, and webpage design.
• 3+ years of related experience in Engineering/Software Engineering.
• Knowledge in PLC IO and data networks (ControlNet, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, FLNET).
• 2+ years of project management experience in building plans, procurement service, scope control, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with local (North America) and overseas (Japan) manufacturing engineering teams and IT groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC IO and Data networks (ControlNet, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, FLNET) is preferred.
• Knowledge of .NET technologies is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities across applications, servers, and PCs.

This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, KY. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr.
