  • Analyze test data to identify potential non-compliances, clearly document observations, and support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Participate in test readiness and lab readiness activities, supporting coordination with internal and external test facilities.
  • Maintain accurate, configuration-controlled test documentation, including logs, screenshots, and formal reports for customer and internal reviews.
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to support extended work weeks and occasional weekend work when program schedules require it.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.

  • Basic working knowledge of EMI/EMC standards such as MIL-STD-461 and/or DO-160 (test methods, limit lines, setups).
  • Ability to operate oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF preamps, and other EMI test equipment following established lab procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate across disciplines.
