1.At least 4+ years development and implementation of Application in Appian 2.Experience designing solutions using Appia. 3.Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process,Integration and Interface design 4.Build applications to specification using the Appian platform 5.Should have good experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc 6.Good debugging skills and production support exposure 7.Excellent understanding Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security and CDT 7.Understand the rules management and CDT/Record use in Appian 8.Appian Associated Level certified Good to have -

1. At least 3 years software development experience
2. Experience in using built-in adapters and building customer adapter
3. Knowledge of SQL queries and views
