Job description

We are seeking an experienced Testing Architect to lead enterprise QA strategy and automation initiatives for large-scale utility platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with the Tricentis suite, including Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare, along with strong experience in test architecture, performance testing, and CI/CD integration. This role will support mission-critical systems such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), Billing, SAP, Maximo, Outage Management Systems (OMS), mobile workforce applications, and customer-facing portals. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise QA and test automation strategy.
  • Design and build scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Manage end-to-end testing across CIS, ERP, EAM, OMS, and customer portals.
  • Drive API, integration, regression, and end-to-end automation testing.
  • Lead performance and load testing initiatives using NeoLoad.
  • Manage test planning, governance, traceability, and reporting with qTest.
  • Utilize LiveCompare for SAP impact analysis and risk-based testing.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
  • Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, or Test Architecture.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis tools:

  • Tosca
  • qTest
  • NeoLoad
  • LiveCompare
  • Strong utility industry experience.
  • Experience testing enterprise platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle Utilities, ServiceNow, Salesforce, GIS, and OMS.
  • Strong knowledge of API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
  • Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tricentis certifications.
  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
