A senior, hands-on full stack engineer to lead the AI-accelerated rebuild of a complex, long-standing enterprise application to full feature parity. This role combines deep engineering experience with modern AI-assisted, spec-driven development while shaping architecture, structuring requirements discovery with subject-matter experts, and ensuring enterprise-grade security, resilience and compliance.

With We use both Github copilot with Claude code and AWS Kiro. What we need is a very experienced full stack developer of enterprise grade applications. Who has extensive hands-on experience with AI driven software development, preferably with Spec-kit or intent based development. We use both Github copilot with Claude code and AWS Kiro. And structure the approach to getting all information from the SME’s to the developers. Very well versed in Enterprise grade applications (security, BCM, compliance to many policies) using the tooling provided. • Strong command of modern languages, frameworks, microservices, REST/event-driven APIs and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven ability to define and own an architecture vision, set patterns, standards and drive them through delivery.
• Deep expertise in enterprise security, data privacy and adherence to multiple organisational and regulatory policies.
• Experience engineering for business continuity, resilience, high availability and disaster recovery (BCM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business teams.
• Hands-on experience with spec-driven development frameworks (e.g GitHub Spec-Kit) for writing specifications, plans and tasks that drive code generation.
• Practical experience with intent-based development, translating high-level intent into working, testable software rather than manual line-by-line coding.
• Proficiency with AI pair-programming assistants such as GitHub Copilot paired with Claude Code for large-scale, production-grade code generation and refactoring.
• Working experience with agentic AI IDEs / cloud coding agents (e.g., AWS Kiro) for spec-to-code and autonomous task execution.
• Ability to reverse-engineer and re-platform legacy applications from limited vendor documentation, strategy/configuration files and tacit process knowledge.
• Skilled at structuring SME knowledge-elicitation by defining a repeatable approach to convert undocumented process knowledge into precise, AI-consumable specifications and developer-ready requirements.
• Ability to take initiative and lead technically along with people management skills without being implicitly authoritative and to orchestrate interfacing with external databases, systems and cross-functional teams.
