levels to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.ResponsibilitiesOriginate and preliminarily evaluate investment opportunities in the infrastructure and energy high?yield private credit markets, leveraging relationships primarily with companies, complemented by advisors, banks and asset managers across geographies.Undertake preliminary structuring and perform detailed credit, business model and risk analyses of transactions, taking primary responsibility for drafting and preparing screening materials, investment committee memorandum and related documentation.Conduct comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial modelling, legal review, ESG assessments and analysis of technical, regulatory and market risks, ensuring robust and well?documented investment recommendations.Perform detailed cash flow modelling and cash extraction analysis to evaluate debt service capacity, downside scenarios and overall investment resilience.Prepare materials for the investment committee.Drive the execution of approved transactions, leading negotiations of term sheets, financing agreements and ancillary legal documentation, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Implement and monitor investment committee decisions across the daily activities of the fund, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Actively contribute to the ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets, including performance analysis, covenant compliance, ESG reporting and financial performance tracking.Participate in fund and asset performance reporting to investors, including preparation of regular updates, investor communications and NAV calculation and review processes.Support the fundraising activity for the fund.Play an active role in fundraising and in developing new investment strategies and thematic priorities within the infrastructure and energy private credit space.Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering a high?performance and mission?driven investment culture.Professional Experience*** years of professional experience investing in junior infrastructure and energy credit within an alternative finance provider or asset manager.(Required)Demonstrated track record in the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of infrastructure junior credit investments.(Required)Proven ability to conduct comprehensive due diligence and analysis on infrastructure credit investments.(Required)Hands?on involvement in negotiating term sheets, credit agreements and ancillary legal documentation, ensuring robust transaction structures.(Required)Experience in portfolio monitoring, asset management and fund reporting, including preparation of investor reports, performance reviews and NAV calculation.(Required)Experience providing support in fundraising processes for infrastructure private credit funds, including preparation of marketing and due diligence materials, coordination of data room information and interaction with institutional investors.(Required)US origination network would be desirable.(Preferred)EducationDegree in engineering, business administration, economics, mathematics or related disciplines, provided they demonstrate a strong professional track record in infrastructure credit investment within an asset manager.(Preferred)Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA or equivalent will be considered highly desirable.(Preferred)LanguagesProficiency in English.(Required)Other languages such as French or German would be considered a strong Requirements
Degree in engineering, business administration, economics, mathematics or related disciplines, provided they demonstrate a strong professional track record in infrastructure credit investment within an asset manager. (Preferred) Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA or equivalent will be considered highly desirable. (Preferred) Languages Proficiency in English.
