We are searching for an exceptional Remote Technical Team Lead to join our client’s dynamic software development startup.Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white-label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well-funded operation and a team of over 100 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.ResponsibilitiesAs the Technical Team Lead (Android/Kotlin), you will be responsible for leading an enterprise team of software engineers and developing mobile applications on the Android platform.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and guiding the software engineers within your team.Overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient progress.Conducting performance reviews and performing code cross-reviews for software engineers.Providing technical validation of system requirements.Interviewing potential software engineer candidates.Overseeing and controlling various stages of development and testing, including manual, automatic, load, chaos, and regression testing.Continuously improving CI/CD practices, tech radar, technological stacks, protocols, and services within the stream.Ensuring the stability of upcoming releases and the overall system stability.Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of software engineers.Coordinating with the CTO on system design and product architecture.Providing regular reports to the CTO on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Collaborating with the DevOps and Security departments to synchronize efforts.QualificationsPrevious management experience overseeing teams of 4-10 people.Minimum of 3 years experience in a technology leadership role.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, mobile application architecture, and database design.Excellent understanding of API integration with the backend of the core system.Proficiency in Kotlin, unit testing, and automated testing.Experience with Firebase, Docker, CI/CD, and automated development tools for security screening, chaos engineering, and semantic release.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Join our client’s innovative startup and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge software solutions.Apply today to become our Remote Technical Team Lead and help shape the future of our company!#J-*****-Ljbffr
