GTM Engineer (Growth Systems & AI)

Working directly with the founder, you’ll design automations, connect platforms, build internal tools and execute outbound campaigns that generate measurable commercial results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing and improving systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered workflows and automations
• Develop GTM and RevOps systems
• Design data pipelines and company intelligence databases
• Integrate APIs and third-party platforms
• Build internal tools and dashboards
• Create and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Build targeted prospect lists and identify decision makers
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise results
• Continuously improve processes using AI and automation

Experience with some of the following:

• n8n
• Clay
• OpenAI
• JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
• SQL & PostgreSQL / Supabase
• APIs & Webhooks
• Git

Pay: £27,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
