Job description
Working directly with the founder, you’ll design automations, connect platforms, build internal tools and execute outbound campaigns that generate measurable commercial results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing and improving systems from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations
- Develop GTM and RevOps systems
- Design data pipelines and company intelligence databases
- Integrate APIs and third-party platforms
- Build internal tools and dashboards
- Create and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify decision makers
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise results
- Continuously improve processes using AI and automation
Requirements
Experience with some of the following:
- n8n
- Clay
- OpenAI
- JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
- SQL & PostgreSQL / Supabase
- APIs & Webhooks
- Git

Pay: £27,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
