Lead Consultant- SAP testing PM

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end SAP testing for a large-scale carve-out program and subsequent rollout across Germany and Europe. The role will focus on ensuring seamless business continuity, system separation, and validation across a complex integrated SAP landscape., Test Strategy & Management

· Define and drive the overall test strategy, approach, and governance for SAP carve-out and rollout programs

· Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go-Live support

· Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and execution tracking mechanisms

SAP Carve-Out & Transformation

· Manage testing activities for SAP carve-out programs, ensuring proper system separation and data integrity

· Validate business processes across multiple SAP systems and integrated applications

· Ensure minimal disruption and smooth business continuity during transition phases

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

· Act as the primary point of contact for testing across client stakeholders in Germany/Europe

· Collaborate with business users, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors

· Manage communication across onsite-offshore delivery model

Defect Management & Coordination

· Drive defect management lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and closure

· Lead defect review meetings and ensure timely resolution with cross-functional teams

· Track risks, issues, and dependencies and provide mitigation plans

Environment & Integration Coordination

· Ensure readiness of testing environments and integrated systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA and non-SAP systems)

· Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure data availability and environment stability

Reporting & Governance

· Provide regular test status reports, dashboards, and senior management updates

· Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and project timelines

Technology - SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration (Interfaces, IDocs, APIs), Test Management Tools Location - Germany (Preferably Württemberg), Over 12+ years total experience with proficiency in handling client stakeholders, coordinating with various teams and vendors, leading defect coordination and test management, · Strong SAP testing PM experience

· Proven experience in SAP carve-out or transformation programs

· Good understanding of SAP landscape (ECC/S4, integrations etc.)

· Strong stakeholder engagement across global teams (especially Europe/Germany), vendor teams and onsite offshore model.
