Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare.Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality.Conduct product training both onsite and remotely in English and French for customers and employees, including training for complex situations involving multiple products.Provide timely feedback on competitive product performance, contributing valuable insights to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams.Provide demo support at local, regional, and national customer trade events, showcasing Varian Medical Systems’ capabilities.Lead classroom lectures and laboratory sessions in English and French to ensure customers are trained to operate company equipment according to safety guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction.Prepare lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address customers’ specific implementation questions.Formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video-media, and implementation guides.Collaborate with customers as well as the sales, product marketing, and technical support departments to ensure course material reflects current product features and address customer inquiries including testing scenarios using company products.Passion for continuous learning and professional development.Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on the diverse needs of the audience.Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience (3 of which are in dosimetry).French/English competence required.Driver’s license and Canadian passport required.The expected compensation for this position is: $93,000 - $145,750 CAD Registered Retirement Savings Plan matching contributions.Competitive paid time off program, including vacation, company holidays, sick leave, and parental leave (subject to eligibility).
