Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer who can own complex technical problems end-to-end. You’ll work across our e-commerce stack, backend services, and AI integrations, collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and visibility., * Architect, build, and maintain features across our PHP/Python backend and Next.JS frontend

• Lead the charge to transition from Magento to a new bespoke platform that gives us a solid control and total control as we expand
• Review code and mentor engineers; contribute to engineering culture and technical standards
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions
• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt

• 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Deep expertise in PHP and Magento / Mage-OS (CE and EE)
• Strong Python skills, especially for scripting, automation, and AI/ML workflows
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
• Solid foundation in MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and Linux environments
• Security-minded - familiarity with common vulnerabilities and best practices
• Strong communication skills and comfort working autonomously in a lean team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus
• Background in e-commerce platform migrations or complex multi-brand setups
• Open-source contributions or active technical writing/blogging
• Comfort with retro computing and low-level programming (bonus points for C64 projects)
