Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Lead-to-Contract solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Product Catalog, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and own Salesforce Lead-to-Contract architecture.
Implement and optimize Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities including Product Catalog, Pricing, Configuration, Quoting, and Contract Management.
Design scalable product catalog and pricing frameworks for global business operations.
Architect contract lifecycle processes including approvals, eSignature, renewals, and amendments.
Lead integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Billing, Finance, CLM, and other enterprise systems.
Define architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
Requirements
15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
Expertise in Product Catalog, Pricing Models, Product Configuration, Quoting, and Contracting.
Experience implementing Lead-to-Contract or Lead-to-Cash processes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Billing, Finance, and CLM platforms.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, governance, and release management.
