Develop and manage reporting for senior leadership on program status, strategic initiatives, and organizational metrics; synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision-ready narratives.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and partner delivery organizations to ensure Global Energy’s full scope of needs is represented in cross-organizational planning.
Drive continuous improvement in Global Energy’s operating mechanisms - identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and leading implementation across teams.
