Data Analysis Information Technology

Job description

As a SkySpark Data Administrator, you’ll become an important part of our technical delivery team, helping to ensure our customer platforms are accurate, reliable and operating smoothly.

You’ll learn how our green Smart Building technology works, monitor systems, maintain high-quality data, support project delivery, investigate issues and help improve the way we work. You’ll also play an important role in producing clear documentation and working closely with colleagues to ensure our customers receive an excellent service.

Every day is different, and every day you’ll learn something new.

Requirements

This role would suit someone who enjoys learning and wants to build a career in technology.

You might already have experience in IT support, administration, technical support, engineering, customer service or data analysis-or you might simply be someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in technology.

More important than experience, is your mindset.

While previous SkySpark experience is not required, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with systems, data and technology. You don’t need to be an expert today, but you should enjoy learning technical concepts, investigating problems and applying logical thinking to find solutions.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Confident using technology and new IT systems
  • Organised and detail-focused
  • A logical problem solver
  • A good communicator
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Proud of producing high-quality work, * IT support: 2 years (required)

About the company

At Fantom Factory, we don’t expect you to know what SkySpark is.

In fact, many of the skills that make someone successful here can’t be found on a CV.

We’re looking for people who are naturally curious. People who enjoy figuring things out, spotting patterns, learning new technology and taking pride in doing a job properly. The kind of person who asks “why?” and enjoys finding the answer.

If you enjoy solving problems, understanding how things work and learning new technology, we’d love to hear from you.

We can teach you SkySpark data technology. We can’t teach curiosity.
