Job description

  • Elicitation & Design: Lead workshops to gather requirements; create user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, product owners, and dev/testing teams.
  • Agile Delivery: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story prioritization in Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Testing & Quality: Define acceptance criteria, support SIT/UAT, and validate solutions against business needs., Gain high-visibility exposure with a world-class financial brand while enjoying flexible engagement options (Perm or Contract).

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Strong Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain experience paired with Data Analysis skills.
  • Toolkit: Deep Agile/Scrum knowledge, process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and Jira/ADO.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, gap analysis, process mapping, and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Pluses: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
