Job description
What You’ll Be DoingBuilding, deploying and supporting cloud-native platforms on AWS.Developing and maintaining Kubernetes environments in production.Creating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, primarily AWS CDK and Terraform.Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, more reliable software delivery.Working closely with development teams to improve automation, platform reliability and operational excellence.Implementing monitoring, logging and observability to improve platform performance and incident response.Using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and delivery quality.Collaborating directly with clients and contributing to engineering best practice across the wider business.
Requirements
Ideal BackgroundCommercial experience building solutions on AWS.Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience within production environments.Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.Good working knowledge of Terraform.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), monitoring and observability.Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile delivery teams.
