Join to apply for the Senior Network Engineer (F5, BGP, Cisco, SDWAN) role at Kapres TechnologyWe are looking for a Telecommunications/Network Engineer (IP, F5, Cisco, Lan, Wan, VPN, BGP…) for an important client in Madrid, a stable long-term position.At least 5 years of proven experience is required.The company manages a large international multi-provider WAN network.It is necessary to have:Experience in designing redundant WAN solutions with high availability.Design and management of service qualities and traffic shaping.Use of BGP and OSPF for the solution.Management of changes with data operators.Experience in deploying and monitoring traffic balancing solutions in large environments.F5 experience is highly valued.Knowledge in the following areas and tools is required:Routing, switching, and multi-manufacturer service quality.High-availability and redundancy configuration (HSRP, VRRP, STP).TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP 4 protocols, etc.Experience in communication and security administration:Proven experience in participating in communication design and implementation projects (WAN, MAN, and LAN data, mobile data, IT services, VoIP, image and video transport services, etc.) in large environments.Experience in creating test plans and corresponding mockup and pre-production scenarios.Proven experience in network topology analysis and design in an enterprise environment.Technical management of application security (Cisco, Paloalto).Perimeter security.IDS, IPS, correlation.Proxy, HTTP and HTTPS navigation.SNMP monitoring, Cacti, shell scripting.Network tool administration: DHCP, DNS, WINS.Content acceleration solutions.Office tools: MS Office, MS Project.Valuable:Knowledge of ITIL and ISO *** security standard.Cisco certifications: CCNP, CCNA, CCVP, CCSP.We offer:Indefinite contract with us.Hybrid work: 1 or 2 days in-person, rest remote.Service schedule: 8x5 (There are guards, approximately one per month, and out-of-hours interventions, which are paid separately from the salary).Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on working days according to the client’s labor calendar, in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).#J-***-Ljbffr
