Requirements

2-5 years of professional experience as a Java backend developer Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Java 17+ (Java 21 preferred) Comfortable designing and maintaining clean, well-tested code, covered with metrics Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and async communication (SNS/SQS or similar) Familiarity with software testing principles and solid use of JUnit / Mockito Experience working with Git and CI/CD flows Awareness of cloud-native development (Kubernetes, GitOps, cloud services) English proficiency at B2 level or higher Willingness to occasionally read and contribute to legacy Node.js services Nice to Have Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity providers and understand OAuth2 Familiarity with authorization models such as ReBAC, RBAC Background in BPMN engines, workflow orchestration, or platform development Knowledge of Apache Camel Experience in multi-tenant or B2B platform environments
