(Senior) Systems & Integration Specialist

We are looking for a Systems & Integration Specialist to join our Business Excellence team. The team drives cross-departmental projects that make Lobster more scalable, better connected, and built to last. In this role, you will work on our central commercial platforms and on the integrations that connect them to one another - from CRM, licensing and HR tools to support platforms and AI services.

You will join an experienced colleague who carries deep knowledge of our system landscape. Over time, the expectation is that you grow into a full backup for that role - covering the same breadth independently when needed. This takes time and curiosity, and we will give you both the space and the context to get there.

HubSpot sits at the centre of our commercial operations across Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Success, and it feeds into a growing number of adjacent systems. You will own its configurations, workflows, and integrations as they evolve, and you will build and maintain the connectors that make data flow cleanly between HubSpot and everything around it.

Beyond HubSpot, you will take on integration and automation workstreams across whatever the project portfolio requires. That could mean building a new data connector, designing a transformation pipeline, supporting a system rollout, or scoping a technical sub-project and seeing it through independently. We work agile by necessity, so you will need to pick up new systems and technologies with genuine curiosity.

You will also spend real time talking to people. Integrations touch many teams, and getting them right requires understanding what those teams actually need. You will be in those conversations regularly. We’d love to meet someone with

• Hands-on HubSpot experience, specifically with CRM configuration, Custom Objects, Workflows, Properties, and Operations Hub.
• Solid practical knowledge of API integrations and how to connect HubSpot reliably with external systems.
• Confidence with JavaScript for custom code actions and integration logic.
• Experience with data transformations, database structures, and cross-system data flows.
• A pragmatic approach to technical work - you write clean, maintainable solutions and document what you build.
• Fluent German is required. English is a plus.

We’d love to hear from you:

• Experience with HR or ERP systems such as Personio or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS-based infrastructure or process server environments.
• Experience with AI integrations and automated transformation pipelines.
• HubSpot certifications.
• Prior exposure to Lobster’s data integration products is a genuine advantage - and for the right candidate, getting to know them from the inside is one of the more interesting parts of joining this team.
