  • Vor-Ort-Support für Kunden (Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von IT-Systemen)

Betreuung und Verwaltung von Netzwerken und Serversystemen Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulung der Anwender Unterstützung des Teams bei größeren IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich

Erfahrung im Außendienst und IT-Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Sicherheit Serviceorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
