  • Be an early applicant, * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Infrastrukturen sowie der eingesetzten Anwendungen
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Entgegennahme und Lösung von Anwenderanfragen - persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail
  • Unterstützung überwiegend per Remote-Zugriff, bei Bedarf auch direkt beim Kunden vor Ort

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Netzwerktechnik
