Data Solution Architect (Lead)

adesso India is looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect (Lead) to drive cloud data architecture initiatives for our enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and hands-on architecture, guiding cloud migration strategies while working closely with Agile delivery teams to bring the architectural vision to life., * Own and drive Solution Architecture for cloud-based data platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure Databricks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
• Plan, recommend, and enable end-to-end migration strategies from on-premises to Azure Cloud
• Represent and champion the architectural vision within Scrum teams, partnering closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master
• Lead architectural reviews and proactively identify and address technical debt
• Collaborate across cross-functional and cross-geography teams to align technical solutions with business goals

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with proven experience as a Solution Architect in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks and Infrastructure as Code
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing on-prem to Cloud (Azure) migrations
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models, with the ability to drive architectural decisions in that context
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience conducting architectural governance/reviews and managing technical debt Good to Have

• Familiarity with Bosch internal architecture and security policies
• Formal Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
