Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead (OMP)

What You’ll Be DoingLead end-to-end enterprise planning transformation programmes across multiple business units and geographies.Own programme governance, delivery roadmap, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.Drive the implementation of enterprise planning capabilities including:Production SequencingDemand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory OptimisationPartner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Digital, and Finance leaders to deliver business outcomes.Support future operating model design and digital transformation strategy.Enable digital analytics, KPI reporting, and planning insights across the organisation.Drive adoption, change management, capability building, and user enablement.Collaborate with technology partners and external vendors to ensure successful programme delivery.Champion best practices in enterprise planning and digital supply chain transformation.

What We’re Looking For10-13 years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Enterprise Planning, or Supply Chain TransformationProven experience leading large-scale transformation programmesStrong expertise in one or more enterprise planning platforms: OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP or Similar planning platformsStrong understanding of: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management and Manufacturing OperationsExperience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teamsExcellent programme management, communication, and leadership skillsConsulting experience within global transformation programmes will be highly preferred. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.Experience working within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or Industrial sectors is highly desirable.
