Job description

  • Develop and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions.
  • Build integrations using Dynamics 365 APIs, Dataverse APIs, REST APIs, and Azure services.
  • Develop custom functionality including C# Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows, PCF Controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
  • Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 security models and access controls.
  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
  • Strong skills in C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, and Workflow Activities.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF Controls.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modelling, and security.
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
