Requirements

VistaPrint is seeking a senior software engineering leader to drive delivery in a remote-first environment. You will guide a team of up to 10 engineers, shaping architecture and code quality across C#/.NET Core and TypeScript/Node.js stacks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs and UX, and applying AI-native coding practices to accelerate development. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems
