Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11, desktop hardware and software, VMware, SQL Server, and enterprise IT infrastructure, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with ticketing systems, asset management, Office 365, basic server support, and strong troubleshooting skills is highly preferred.
