What You’ll Do

• Warehouse Systems Support: Assist with warehouse management software, inventory systems, and troubleshooting issues related to receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking.
• Data & Reporting: Support data entry, system updates, and basic reporting for warehouse operations.
• Technology Support: Help maintain barcode scanners, label printers, workstation terminals, and other warehouse technology.
• IT Assistance: Provide backup support for user accounts, workstation troubleshooting, printer support, and system monitoring.
• Process Improvement: Learn company systems, assist with documentation, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.

• Minimum 1 year of software support, application support, or help desk experience required
• Strong interest in technology, software systems, and problem-solving
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and business applications
• Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operational software is a plus but not required
