System Technician-Must hold an active Secret Clearance

• Operate high-speed digital printers, copiers, and duplication equipment
• Prepare, troubleshoot, and convert files to print-ready formats (PDF)
• Perform binding, finishing, cutting, and document assembly
• Manage CD/DVD/Blu-ray duplication and packaging
• Scan, index, and perform OCR on documents with 100% quality assurance
• Review job orders, select materials, and ensure timely, accurate production
• Track production metrics and maintain detailed records for reporting
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and in person
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow safety procedures
• Handle classified materials in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure access is limited to authorized personnel only
• Complete required end-of-day security checks

We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven System Technician to support secure digital print production, scanning, and document management operations. This role requires technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to classified material handling procedures., * Active Secret Clearance (Required)

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and print file preparation
• Hands-on experience with digital print and finishing equipment
• Familiarity with document scanning, indexing, and OCR processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to commute to, and work on location in Silverdale, Washington 98315
• Must be able to work 8am-4:30pm pst and attend training for first week on day shift
