Job description
We are looking for an AI Front-end Engineer who wants to learn at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering. You care deeply about craft and have strong frontend fundamentals, but youâre early in your career and hungry to grow. Youâll work directly with senior engineers and designers to build AI-native workflows that make complex enterprise tools feel intuitive., * Strong frontend fundamentals with design sensibility - Youâre comfortable with React and have built real projects. You understand the basics of component architecture and care about how things look and feel. Youâre excited to learn the nuances of performance optimization and advanced patterns., * Ship real features used by Fortune 500 customers - Build production UI components, integrate with backend APIs, and contribute to features that ship to real users. Youâll get code reviews and mentorship from senior engineers.
- Learn to build scalable front-end systems - Work within existing component libraries and patterns, contributing new components and learning best practices for state management, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate across design and engineering - Work with designers to implement their vision and with backend engineers to understand whatâs possible. Youâll learn how to balance technical constraints with user experience goals.
- Grow your craft rapidly - Youâll work directly with senior engineers on real problems, getting hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows, enterprise-scale applications, and modern frontend architecture. A small team means your growth happens fast.
What Youâll Learn
- How to build AI-native interfaces at production quality
- Advanced React patterns and performance optimization
- How to collaborate with designers and product managers
- How to use AI tools to multiply your productivity
- What great enterprise UX looks like (and how to build it)
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI implementation?, Note: We do not require a CS or Engineering degree. We care about your portfolio, side projects, and your hunger to learn and ship., * Familiar with modern web technologies - Youâve worked with React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind. You may not have mastered them yet, but youâre eager to learn best practices and write cleaner code every day.
- AI-curious and eager to experiment - Youâve tried tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or v0.dev and see their potential to accelerate your work. Youâre excited to learn how to use AI tools effectively to prototype faster and focus on solving hard problems.
- Hungry to ship quickly and learn from feedback - You care about getting features in front of users and iterating based on what you learn. Youâre willing to make tradeoffs and understand that done is often better than perfect when youâre learning.
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious - You notice when things feel off-animations that are janky, layouts that shift, or colors that donât quite work. You want to build things that feel good to use, even if youâre still learning how to achieve that consistently.
- Collaborative and coachable - You ask good questions, take feedback well, and are excited to learn from people with more experience. Youâre comfortable saying âI donât knowâ and then figuring it out.
- Energized by hard problems - You see challenging UI problems as opportunities to grow. You bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude even when things are ambiguous or difficult.
