Own the target-state architecture and design of the enterprise entitlement framework supporting HR data access controls across analytics, reporting, APIs, and AI platforms., * Design enterprise entitlement architecture.
- Define policy model and governance framework.
- Define enforcement points across application stack.
- Design integration architecture with IAM systems.
- Establish policy lifecycle management practices.
- Lead solution reviews and architecture governance.
- Ensure scalability, auditability, and compliance.
