Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
  • Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
  • Present solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Technology Leadership:

  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Define integration patterns and data flow architectures.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across development and operations teams.

Delivery Support:

  • Support project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
  • Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility assessments.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

  • Design cloud-native or hybrid solutions using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Ensure scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for deployment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field., * 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
