Solution Design & Architecture:
- Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Present solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Technology Leadership:
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools.
- Define integration patterns and data flow architectures.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Drive adoption of best practices across development and operations teams.
Delivery Support:
- Support project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
- Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility assessments.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Design cloud-native or hybrid solutions using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Ensure scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for deployment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field., * 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Security and Identity Management
