Software Developer

You’ll help turn ideas into production-ready software and play a key role in developing technology that supports our continued growth and success., * Design, develop, and enhance custom business applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.

• Design secure, scalable databases and intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop internal tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication.
• Integrate with existing software platforms and third-party APIs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes.
• Support and continuously improve internally developed software.

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing production software from concept through deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience with web technologies, APIs, and AI integrations is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a desire to build practical software that solves real business problems.
