Business Intelligence Application Developer

Mystic Stamp Company, located in Camden, NY, is currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Application Developer. Our Business Intelligence Application Developer will possess excellent communication skills, successfully communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. While part of the IT Team, this is a customer-service-driven role, and communicates regularly with all levels of the Mystic Stamp Team. A self-motivated, collaborative team-player, our successful candidate will create company-wide reporting solutions, develop data-driven applications, and provide application insights that support business decision-making. Our successful candidate will also have expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and application development to transform data from multiple sources including IBM (AS/400), web-based systems, cloud platforms, and databases., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or application development
• Full-stack development experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#, including web technologies (HTML/CSS) and API integration.
• Demonstrated experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Working knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) systems, specifically DB2 for i, with the ability to interpret RPG/CL logic and navigate legacy data structures.
• Expertise in building interactive dashboards and data storytelling via BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) to translate KPIs into actionable insights.
• Track record of successfully delivering BI projects
