Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer in , United States

Seeking a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to lead development, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing prototypes, managing D365/Power Platform environments, and supporting Virginia state agencies., Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support for D365 & Power Platform. Act as SME and primary POC for all Dynamics 365 development activities. Define governance, follow best practices, and manage platform standards. Prepare documentation: requirements, technical analysis, recommendations. Build mockups/prototypes and propose Power Platform-based solutions. Assist agencies in selecting between D365, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other technologies. Coordinate issue logging, tracking, and resolution across teams. Support solution management including managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and reusable components.

Strong experience with Microsoft GCC, Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service/Field Service/Sales), Power Platform (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot), custom connectors, Azure Functions, API integrations, solution management, governance, DevOps (Azure DevOps/GitHub), data migration, role-based security, D365 customization, and troubleshooting., Experience working in a

Microsoft GCC tenant . Strong hands-on experience with

Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse . Experience with

Dynamics 365 CE

(Customer Service, Field Service, Sales). Proficiency with

custom connectors, Azure Functions, API integrations . Strong understanding of

role-based security

in Power Platform & D365. Experience with

solution management , environment variables, and ALM. Knowledge of

enterprise policies, governance, and architecture standards . Experience with

data migration tools . Familiarity with

Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

for Power Platform DevOps. Demonstrated expertise in

D365 customization, configuration, development, deployment . Strong troubleshooting and issue remediation experience in D365/Power Platform. Understanding of

Microsoft licensing models

for D365 & Power Platform. Prior experience with

Virginia state agencies
