Software as a Service Website Wireframe Figma

Job description

As their UX/UI Designer, you’ll shape how hospitality staff experience the platform - often people working on their feet, mid-shift, with guests waiting. That means designing for clarity, speed, and confidence, not just visual polish. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers, from early discovery through to shipped features, and you’ll have real influence over both the product and how we design it., * Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff to engineering

  • Talk directly to users - hotel staff, restaurant managers, front-desk teams - to understand real workflows and pain points
  • Design and evolve our design system so the product stays consistent as it grows
  • Prototype and test ideas quickly, then iterate based on feedback and usage data
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed - and that it’s actually usable in a busy, real-world hospitality setting
  • Help build a strong design culture as one of the first dedicated designers on the team

Requirements

  • A solid portfolio showing UX and UI work for digital products (SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus)
  • Confidence with tools like Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  • Experience conducting or contributing to user research- interviews, usability testing, or similar
  • An eye for simplifying complex workflows into interfaces that are fast and intuitive to use, ideally for users who aren’t sitting at a desk all day
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers and product managers, and able to explain design decisions clearly
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required

Benefits & conditions

  • Up to €6k, dependent on interview process/experience
  • Hybrid working - flexible balance between our Utrecht office and remote work
  • Real ownership over product design decisions, not just visual execution
  • Learning budget for courses, conferences, and design tools
  • Pension contribution and travel allowance
  • A team that genuinely enjoys what it builds, and the industry it builds it for
