Job description

Technology rollout support (not a consumer call center). You’ll take inbound/outbound calls from technicians/vendors installing hardware in stores, provide first-level troubleshooting, and document updates in tracking tools/email/Excel while juggling multiple projects., * Troubleshoot basic tech issues during store implementations/upgrades

  • Handle calls through a queue + make outbound calls as needed
  • Update tracking tools, validate systems, send email/Excel updates
  • Manage multiple rollout projects; flexibility for shift adjustments as projects require

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year relevant experience
  • Strong verbal/written communication; basic problem-solving
  • Comfortable on-site work and fast-paced call/queue environment
  • MS Outlook/Word/Excel preferred; IT hardware/rollout exposure a plus
